Every so often I find a dress that has nearly every element I love and I get really excited about it. Today’s Boho Embroidered Midi Dress from BB Styled Boutique is one of those dresses for me. I literally thought to myself, I have to have it when I saw it online. I mean, it’s light and airy, loose and flattering, has bell sleeves, an empire-waist-tie, v-neck, and embroidering down the front. I mean, it’s perfect right?! I love the boho vibe of this dress and also how it is reminiscent of 70’s style (in my opinion). It hides the areas I like to hide without feeling the least bit frumpy. I paired it with my favorite chunky heels* and large filigree earrings [old].
One of my favorite things about this dress is how well the skirt twirls. I mean, what good is a flowy dress if the skirt doesn’t twirl? Also, there’s a hook-eye closure at the bust to keep your girls from falling out. It was a smidge too low for me so I safety-pinned it a little bit higher but it would have been fine without the pin.
So here’s the deal. I’m wearing the Almond color, which is sadly sold out. I mean, I’m not surprised, are you? But, it also comes in coral and I would be lying if I said I didn’t deliberate a long time between the two colors because coral is my jiggety-jam (wait, how old did that just make me sound?). The good news about the coral is that it’s on sale for only $25! The bad news is that sizes are limited. For reference, I’m wearing the XS/S and there’s plenty of room in it.
So, I went ahead and linked the coral and also picked out some other (somewhat-similarly-vibed) favorites and linked them in the carousel below. (Click the image and then click “shop now” to go to the product page on the BB Styled Boutique site.)
Bb Styled Boutique doesn’t only have cute dresses, of course. They’re stuff is super cute! I’m also the proud owner of this adorable Pink Paisley Lace Detail Tunic (on sale for only $18!) and this ah-dorable Floral Cold Shoulder Kimono that I featured on Instagram (pictured below); I saw the same kimono paired with a dusty-rose colored romper and thought the pairing was so stinking cute!
Okay so this is the point where you stop reading and head over to BB Styled Boutique. 🙂[Huge thanks to my friends at DreamDry Atlanta for my hair and make-up].
